Mental Health: Sinapi rest days, access to wellness professionals, relaxed work environment, open doors policy, scheduled activities.

Our commitment lies in conducting our business sustainably to minimize our impact on the environment, as well as in prioritizing the health and well-being of our people. Here’s how we’ve done our part:

Recycling: We are committed to fulfilling our responsibility to the planet by making conscious decisions every day that promote environmental sustainability. We recycle kitchen, office, and cleaning items, including bottles, glass, plastic, and cardboard containers, and we encourage the use of reusable products, such as plastic trays from daily meals. We built our workstations using repurposed materials from the old office, and we prioritize buying products and materials from local suppliers. Energy efficiency is another big priority for us; for example, all our office windows are double-glazed.

Sustainable Metrics: We measure our organic waste, recyclables, WEEEs, and carbon footprint to assess our environmental impact. We track our energy consumption and aim to minimize our use of printing supplies, such as toner and paper.

Energy and Water Usage: We prioritize energy efficiency in all of our installed equipment, including energy-efficient laptops for our employees. We ensure that our screens are turned off at the end of each workday to conserve energy. Additionally, we encourage the use of reusable water bottles and tumblers to minimize our use of disposable plastic bottles.

At Sinapi, we like to give back to our local community. We couldn’t be as strong as we are without it. We grew, and continue to grow, thanks to everything we learned from the people and companies that are, or once were, in touch with us. We’ve had an amazing and enriching journey and we’ve nurtured from each other by being part of this community, so we want to share and give back what was once given to us, and why not more.
