Our journey began in 2015, with a team of five people and a strong belief that working alongside our clients would ensure their success—and help us grow.
Sinapi, the Latin translation for “mustard seed,” represents that idea. Though it is one of the smallest seeds, it can grow into a strong, thriving tree up to 25 feet tall (7.6 meters).
Our globalization team is composed of certified translators, localization and IT engineers, developers, designers, analysts, and certified project managers with broad experience in marketing and localization.
We’re not only ready for new challenges, we look forward to them.

At an early age, I realized my juggling skills would not let me handle more than one object per hand. When it comes to work, that’s a whole different story.
Having several job titles, managing an array of clients, overseeing all company sectors, and leading the best team ever means my to-do list is never dull.
Outside of working hours, I like to spend time with family and friends, especially if it involves cooking and wine.

Fixer of things since age 10.
Ever since I was young, I’ve been very curious about how things work. One of my favorite things to do was to dismantle cars in my father’s workshop. This curiosity and passion for learning led me to enroll in various courses and dive into different areas of technology.
In this fast-moving world, the only way to not fall behind is to make adjustments, get your engine fired up, and keep things rolling. With our great team constantly tweaking and making improvements, together we get things humming.
Outside the office, I cook—a lot. I like taking walks, watching movies, and (of course) learning new things.
Operations Manager and Founder
Starting out as technical support and a customer care specialist, I have always strived to provide the best service. Over time, I realized the key element to achieving your goals is creativity. I believe it should be part of every aspect of any company.
Inspiring our team to keep raising the bar is what I enjoy the most. I try to nurture the great talents among us, and help us discover our individual hidden talents.
When I’m not in the office, I’m travelling to and exploring new places, or I’m enjoying a good movie.
